Requirements
|
- Diploma / Degree holder in Marketing, Communication or Business Analysis related disciplines
- 1 to 2 years relevant experience in marketing operation is preferred
- Hand on skills in using measuring tools to analyze website traffic, hit rate etc. will be an added advantage
- Former work experience in advertising, PR and/or online media is definitely advantageous
- Be creative, committed and able to work under pressure
- Able to work independently, detailed orientated and posses good interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Fresh Graduate will be considered

Job Duties
|
- Manage our company websites and promotion materials from regular update to ad hoc projects
- Prepare and maintain database for marketing purpose
- Support development and implementation of marketing campaigns
- To monitor the traffic sources, hit rate, click rate and customer behavior of our websites, online stores, social media,
e-communications and to fine tune the communication and campaign strategy regularly
- Proofreading of marketing materials
- Arrange advertisement with various online and offline media

service to our customers.

|
Main Responsibilities
|
- Support immediate supervisor in delivering a high quality and professional insurance service,
including quotation, application and claims service, to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer enquiry by phone and face-to-face
- Greet and welcome all walk-in customers
- Handle the gift items redemption
|
Requirements
|
- Diploma in Business or above with 1 year customer service experience
- Service-oriented and cheerful with an enthusiastic attitude
- Customer-oriented, independent, good interpersonal, communication and complaint handling skills
- Knowledge of insurance products and service is an advantage
- Qualified with IIQAS - Paper I and II is an advantage
- Fluent Cantonese and English; Putonghua proficiency is an advantage
